My Bookshelf Giveaway

Thanks so much for all the people who dropped by to enter My Bookshelf Giveaway from last week! I've really been enjoying reading what has snagged you about each book. And...since I had a lot of entries between my two blogs, I've decided to give away not one, not two, but THREE books from my shelf!

And the winners are...

Tami Klockau will win FIRELIGHT!

Throughthehaze will win CLOCKWORK ANGEL!

SiNn will win SPIRIT BOUND!

Please send me your mailing address at d (at) denisejaden (dot) com and I'll get those in the mail to you as soon as possible!

As for this week, my bookshelf looked a little bit empty with those three books removed, so...I've added a few! Take a look at the picture and let me know which one you would like to win, if you could win one, and why you want to win it (the cover, you've heard buzz, the title, you love the author, etc...)

Go to it! Pick a book!

And a couple closer up, in case you can't make some of them out...

Nitty gritty details...this contest is for ages 13 and up, and you must have a U.S. or Canadian address to claim your prize.

  7. I'm grabbing for Torment!
I can't tell you how many times I have read Fallen.
I love the story between Luce and Daniel. The forbidden love that for the first time had (somewhat of) a chance.
Lauren Kate writes beautifully and I question if I can wait until September or not to continue the story. :)

  32. I'm going to go for Infinite Days. I haven't heard much about it but Vania is doing a trailer and she keeps talking about how awesome it is, so i really want to read it!

  33. Infinite Days, Halo, Torment, & Guardian of the Gate all look good. If I have to pick one, I think i'd have to flip a coin between 2 - Halo & Torment.

Now for the why, Halo sounded awesome, I'm excited to read it. Torment I'm curious about. I have Fallen (but need to read it) & most people really liked it.

  34. My first thought was to go for Guardian of the Gate. I've just borrowed Prophecy of the Sisters, so having the next one at hand would be nice.

However, I have really been anticipating Infinite Days, so I choose that.

Thanks for giving away such great books!

  35. Wow, you're really generous for giving away ARC's ! Gosh, so thankies very, very much !

If I were to choose a book off that bookshelf, I probably wouldn't be able to choose ! The books that did catch my eye though are Torment and Halo.

    Why these two books?

Well, I would like Torment because I have read Fallen and I thought it was Fabulous! The story plot was just really amazing and the characters got me. I would like Halo because I've heard amazing things about it and the cover is beautiful!

    So one of those two!

    Thanks so much!

  36. Sapphique - because of the good buzz for it and Incarceron

Revolution and Hold Me Closer, Necromancer - because they just sound good.

Torment - because I was somewhat disappointed by Fallen and would like to know if this one is better.

Dangerous Neighbors - because I've been wanting to try something by Beth Kephart

    Thanks for the great giveaway!
